From Data to Structure

(Interpretation of XRD, FTIR & NMR Data)

The PG Department of Chemistry is organizing a one-day academic programme titled “From Data to Structure”, focusing on the interpretation of XRD, FTIR, and NMR data, aimed at strengthening analytical and structural elucidation skills among students and researchers.

The programme will be inaugurated by Dr. Mohammed Kutty Kakkakunnan, Principal, Majlis Arts & Science College (Autonomous). The technical sessions will be handled by distinguished resource persons including Dr. Venugopalan Paloth, Emeritus Professor, University of Calicut; Prof. Abdul Jaleel PK, Associate Professor; and Mr. Akhil K, Assistant Professor, Majlis Arts & Science College (Autonomous).

The sessions are designed to provide conceptual clarity and practical understanding of modern instrumental techniques widely used in chemical research and analysis.
