YUVA 2.0 – State Level Three-Day Residential Camp Successfully Conducted

Majlis Arts & Science College (Autonomous), in association with the Kerala State NSS Cell, University of Calicut, successfully hosted YUVA 2.0 – State Level Three-Day Residential Camp on 16 August 2026 as part of its NSS initiatives.

The programme focused on the theme “Role of Youth in Nation Building – Vision of a Soldier”, inspiring young volunteers to understand the importance of leadership, discipline, patriotism, social responsibility, and active youth participation in nation building.

The session featured Subedar Major Manesh PV, Shouryachakra (Retd.), Former NSG Commando and Army Officer, as the distinguished guest. His experiences and insights provided the participants with a meaningful perspective on courage, discipline, leadership, national service, and the responsibilities of youth in building a stronger nation.

The programme brought together NSS volunteers in an engaging and inspiring learning environment, strengthening their commitment towards community service, leadership, and responsible citizenship.
