ASPIRE: Advanced Students Program for Innovation, Research and Excellence Launched at Majlis College

Majlis Arts and Science College (Autonomous) successfully organized the inaugural session of ASPIRE โ€“ Advanced Students Program for Innovation, Research and Excellence, a flagship initiative designed to nurture academically gifted students by promoting innovation, research, critical thinking, and academic excellence.

The programme featured an insightful keynote session by Dr. Sankaranarayanan Paleri, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Social Science Education, N.S.S. Training College, Ottapalam, and Senate Member, University of Calicut. Drawing from his extensive academic experience, he emphasized the importance of research-oriented learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation, and leadership in higher education.

The programme was presided over by Dr. Mohammed Kutty Kakkakunnan, Principal, Majlis Arts and Science College (Autonomous), who highlighted the institution's commitment to creating an ecosystem that empowers students to excel in research, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

ASPIRE aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world challenges by providing high-potential students with opportunities for mentorship, research exposure, skill development, innovation projects, and academic excellence. The initiative reflects the college's vision of cultivating future researchers, innovators, and leaders capable of making meaningful contributions to society.
