Anti-Ragging Cell
Anti ragging Cell is functioning in Majlis Arts and Science College since its establishment in 1995 to ensure compliance with the provisions of UGC act 1956 , modified as regulation in 2009. The committee also monitors the performance of the Anti ragging Squad in prevention of incidents of ragging.
The institution protects the new entrants from the menace of ragging and preserve a healthy and congenial academic and Ragging Free environment in the college campus. Anti ragging cell designs strategies and action plans for curbing incidents of ragging in the college by adopting various activities like Awareness classes
The college punishes the culprits in cases of ragging as per UGC directives.
