Students Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC)
The Grievance Redressal Cell of Majlis Arts and Science college was constituted to probe into the student grievances which comprises of the Principal, Heads of the department and Class Tutors. It redresses the grievances at an individual as well as the class level and grievances of common interest. The Cell maintains a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment. Complaints of students and parents are redressed as soon as they are received. All complaints are scrutinized by the management and the grievance redressal cell and the resolutions are recorded.
The Grievance Redressal Committee is functioning in Majlis arts and Science College since its establishment .The objectives of the committee are
- To address grievances of students in various aspects
- To report the grievances in college council
- To do the necessary follow-ups for addressing grievances
- To review the action taken for various redressal mechanisms
- To constitute the committee for effective implementation
