Established in 2012, our Department of Media and Communication is committed to shaping the future of creative and dynamic professionals. We offer a comprehensive range of undergraduate programs, including BA in Multimedia, Mass Communication and Journalism, Visual Communication, Graphic designing and Animation, and B.Des in Graphics and Communication Design.
Guided by our mission to provide value-based education, we are dedicated to empowering students, especially those from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, to achieve their full potential.
Our department is a hub of creativity and innovation, offering students practical exposure through unique platforms like our YouTube channel, Mass Media and E-content Development Centre, and Mozhi Campus Radio. Additionally, our stop motion studio floor provides hands-on training in crafting engaging content, including short films, animations, and documentaries.
